BV Talent Management was set up on the back of our Two Directors having a major passion for football and wanting to help clubs attract the best talent with their staff and players.

The two Directors are Iain Vigurs and Matt Barwell.

 

Iain Vigurs an ex professional footballer who has over 20 years and 500+ games playing the game in top flight Scotland. Turning out for Motherwell, Inverness and captaining Ross county he is well driven, honest and hard working. Not only making a name for himself in the football world but building good connections along the way.

 

Learning firsthand how agents operate in the football world, Iain wanted to be able to give players the guidance and experience of being an ex professional. Being able to advise on and off the pitch.

 

Matt Barwell is an experienced Recruitment Director with almost 20 years experience in Executive Search in the uk and overseas. Matt has grown up with a major passion for football and has a lot of connections in the football industry. Matt has been connected with Chief Executives, Sporting Directors, Managers and coaches for a long time.

 

BV Talent Management is a business that has been set up to work in a bid to provide complete honesty and transparency to the football recruitment world.

Our aim as we grow as a business will be to bring ex footballers into the business to help with career paths.
